Every plan includes a generous outgoing transfer allowance, and incoming traffic is always free. We never throttle your port speed. If you go over your allowance we bill a transparent overage of €2.50 per TB, in 100GB increments, and you get email alerts as you approach the limit.
Yes. Change plans with one click from your dashboard. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing either way. Disk is the one exception: it can only be grown, never shrunk, which is a fundamental technical limitation.
Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Delete a new server within the first 24 hours and it costs you nothing, you get a full refund automatically. After that, contact support and we will sort out a refund for unused time.
Never. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Longer commitments unlock better pricing, but they're always optional.

Yes, full root access is included. Direct root login with a password is disabled by default for security, but becoming root via your sudo user is simple, and password-based root login can be enabled if you really want it. The Webdock Control Panel covers most of what you need and pairs with our Perfect Server Stacks, but it isn't built for shared hosting (multiple sites on one VPS). A range of third-party control panels are supported too, including cPanel.
