A Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is required under GDPR for data-intensive projects, and is a living document which must be made accessible to all involved with a project. It is the process by which we discuss, audit, inventory, and mitigate the privacy risks inherent in the data we collect and process.

As part of our GDPR complicance we list here all 3rd parties with which we share information regarding our users and website visitors. This procedure document supplements the subject access request (SAR) provisions set out in Webdock Data Protection (GDPR) Policy & Procedure document and provides the process for individuals to use when making a Subject Access Request and the protocols followed by Webdock when a Subject Access Request is received.
