Current Promotion Terms & Conditions

Here we outline current terms & conditions for any currently running promotions.

SSD Pico4

This specially discounted server profile is meant for microservices or testing our service, or testing applications. It is not meant for production workloads. Any one customer account can have no more than 10 Pico4 instances active at any one time. This is a hard limit and you cannot get more Pico4 instances than this. Furthermore, you are not allowed to create multiple Webdock accounts in order to try and skirt this limit. Any such attempt will result in a ban of the offending accounts.

We want there to be enough capacity to go around for everybody, and anyone needing that many Pico4 is potentially scheming to abuse the fact that we provide a unique IPv4 address with each instance, for possibly nefarious purposes. If you need more than 10 small servers, go for our Nano profiles instead.

All servers are free up to 24 hours after you create them

Your first charge for a server only happens the morning after you created it. This gives you great flexibility in that you can start a server, try something out and then delete it again and not have to pay a dime! You only pay for servers you keep running. You can usually get a coupon to get you started if you ask nicely

We run coupon promotions where we give out free credit frequently, so if you search around a bit or just ask Webdock support directly, chances are we will be able to hand out a coupon for some free server time :)

A valid payment method is always required!

In order to qualify for any trial or credit, you absolutely must have a valid credit card and up-to-date information in your account. So make sure you add a card to your account first as you cannot receive credit or apply coupons or take advantage of our "up to 24 hour trial".
