Managed Server Service

Introduction

We generally provide all customers with root or administrator access to their servers, allowing you the flexibility to configure your server according to your specific needs. However, we also offer support on request, often free of charge for smaller tasks that can be completed quickly. For more extensive tasks beyond the scope of regular support, we may require confirmation of additional charges.

By adding the “Managed Service” option, priced at a fixed monthly rate, you receive two hours of dedicated technical support each month. This includes troubleshooting, configurations, installations, and routine maintenance, such as updates and performance improvements.

How it works

With the “Managed Service” Add-On, your server is transformed into a managed solution. Our technical team oversees security, upgrades, and works to maintain system stability. Additionally, you gain access to expanded customer support whenever needed.

After purchasing the Add-On, simply inform us of the specific technical tasks you’d like us to handle, whether as a one-time service or on a recurring monthly basis. The Add-On includes two hours of technical support each month. If a task is likely to exceed this time, we’ll notify you right away, allowing you to decide whether to proceed on an hourly basis or adjust the scope.

Below is a list of example tasks you can request with the Managed Server Add-On.

  • System and hardware optimization
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Security patch implementation
  • Kernel upgrades
  • Emergency problem resolution
  • Regular OS and control panel updates
  • Backup routine setup such as backing up your database(s)

Please note that the Managed Server Add-On applies to a single server. If you manage multiple servers, monthly support time for this service cannot be shared across them.
