Introduction

This article provides an overview of the Billing Details page in the Webdock dashboard, including upcoming invoices, billing history, credit usage, refunds, and invoice records.

Billing Details Page

Access the Billing Information page from the ‘Account’ icon in the top-right of the dashboard and selecting ‘Billing’.

Next Invoices

This section displays upcoming invoices, including the servers included in the billing cycle and the corresponding billing period.

History & Previous Invoices

The ‘Account Balance History’ section records account transactions such as credit top-ups, coupon redemptions, and credit usage applied to invoices.

The ‘Previous Invoices’ section lists all issued invoices, including any associated refunds

Note: Servers are billed for the full billing period in advance. If a server is cancelled before the end of the billing cycle, it is marked for deletion but remains active and usable until the period expires.

Credits

Available service credits are automatically prioritized and applied to invoices before charging any attached payment method. The label ‘Credit Applied on Invoice’ indicates the amount of service credits used toward an invoice.
