Introduction
This article provides an overview of the Profile dashboard in the Webdock control panel, including account details, security settings, notifications, API access, public keys, team management, integrations, and account lifecycle controls.
Your Profile
Access the Profile dashboard by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of the Webdock dashboard and selecting ‘Account’ from the menu.
The Profile dashboard is organized into multiple sections that provide access to account configuration, security controls, integrations, and administrative actions.
Account Details
This section displays your account name, primary email address, billing email, and currency. The ‘Edit’ option allows you to update this information. Your address and password can also be changed there.
Notifications
This allows you to configure email preferences by enabling system notifications for account and server events, and optionally receiving product updates, news, and promotional offers from Webdock.
Refer and Earn
Access the referral program, allowing you to earn account credits by inviting new users.
Team Members
The ‘Team Members’ section allows you to manage account access for collaborators. Use ‘Invite New Team Member’ to grant access and permissions for managing servers and resources.
Account Security
This section allows you to strengthen account protection by enabling ‘Two-factor Authentication’ (2FA) for secure login verification and provides a shortcut to change your password.
Account Deletion
Permanently delete your account. This action removes all account data and cannot be reversed.
Legal Documents
The ‘Legal Documents’ section provides access to key compliance and contractual resources, including ‘Terms of Service’ for usage conditions, ‘GDPR’ documentation for data protection compliance, and the ability to generate a ‘Data Protection Agreement (DPA)’ between you and Webdock.
Public Keys
This section allows you to manage SSH keys for server access. Use ‘Add New’ to upload or generate a public key, which can then be assigned to servers during creation or user setup.
For alternate ways to create an SSH key see this guide.
API & Integrations
This section provides tools for programmatic access, allowing you to generate access tokens for external tools, review API event logs, manage webhook integrations, and access the API documentation for implementation details.

Cloudflare
The ‘Cloudflare’ section allows you to connect your Cloudflare account using the ‘Connect’ action. Once connected, Webdock automatically creates and manages DNS records for your domains during server provisioning.
Note: This integration is limited to DNS record automation and does not replace full DNS management within Cloudflare.
Conclusion
The Profile dashboard centralizes account management, security configuration, integrations, and access control, enabling you to manage your Webdock account, automate workflows, and control user access from a single interface.
