Transferring servers
Follow these steps to transfer a server to another Webdock account:
In the detailed server list, locate the server you want to transfer and click the ‘Transfer Server’ icon (double-arrow symbol) associated with that server.
In the ‘Transfer Server’ dialog, enter the email address of the target Webdock account that will receive the server.
Click ‘Transfer’ to initiate the transfer process. The server will be reassigned to the specified account.
Note: Billing responsibility for the server is transferred to the target account starting from the next billing cycle. The current billing period remains associated with the original account.
